ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

By Submitting An Online Transmittal You Have Agreed To All Terms and Conditions Listed Below.

Your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time the order is processed.

Any orders canceled prior to shipping will be credited back in full, no questions asked.

Any orders canceled after the merchandise has shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for returning all merchandise to the appropriate SHIPPING DEPARTURE POINT. All tugs must be returned in original condition, and shipped in the original shipping container (crate you received it in). Note: The control lever on the handle should be facing up to prevent damage to the powder coat frame and handle. The caster should be bolted to the crate to prevent the tug from moving around inside during shipping. See pictures located in the Photo Gallery for proper return.

Any order that has VISIBLE DAMAGE must be refused. Please notify the sales department of this refusal and we will reship your order in a timely manner. If you suspect an item to have "Hidden Damage", please make a statement on the BILL OF LADEN stating the shipment may have possible hidden damage, and call our sales department.

The Freight is calculated using Unishippers.

Depending on your location, the Unishippers rate manager will seek the best rate for your shipment.

Allow up to 5 days delivery on standard shipments.

If you prefer to use a different shipping company other than what we have determined the best rate, please contact us via email or voice to make those arrangements.
Note: TrailerTug Pro, LLC will not be held liable for shipping charges to or from our facility (No Exceptions)
